Room Design Package up to 300 sq ft

What's Included: Design Consultation booked separately ($400 + HST not included in package) We'll kick off with a 2-hour consultation to tour your space, discuss your goals, and outline the scope, timeframe, and budget. We'll also take photos and measurements to guide your design. Design Development Following our initial meeting, we'll create: - preliminary floor plan - 2 mood boards / concept boards We’ll then schedule a second meeting to review and refine this plan as needed. (2 Revisions included) We’ll help you choose finishes and fixtures, including cabinetry finishes, hardware, lighting, countertops, cabinetry features, paint, backsplash, flooring. (Showroom visits would be an add-on at $125/hr). Final Deliverables After finalizing the design and selections you will receive: - Floor Plan & Elevations - 3D rendering - Clickable shopping list - Written design instructions Design Management: Checking in with the contractor to answer any design related questions would be an add-on at $125/hr) Please Note: Drawings are for planning purposes only. We recommend that your contractor verify all measurements, and apply for specific permits as required directly. Noted time is only for the purpose of booking of initial meeting.
